We always use plastic free packaging to wrap and send your orders. We occasionally use recycled bubble wrap or plastic sheeting when necessary.

Returns Free UK returns within 60 days of receipt*, provided that the item returned is in its original and unused condition, with all tags still attached and with all original packaging.

*For large and oversized products (including stuffed pouffes and rugs), buyer pays return postage. Customers from outside the UK are responsible for the return postage.
