Refunds (if applicable)
Our policy may last 14 days from arrival date especially fragile products. If 14 days have gone by since you received the item, unfortunately, we can’t offer you full refund or exchange.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time (2-5 business days) before a refund is posted.

Cancel order
You can only cancel your order within 06 hours from purchasing time of the same day. Please be informed that a management, processing and transaction fee (30% of your total order value) will be applied for the cancellation.
Full refund only applies to switching orders. Once you place new orders, our system will automatically cancel old orders and refund 100%.
Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at contact@craftkech.com.
Important note: pursuant to business plan, we maybe limit quantities of product selling on Website, so it will affect to your requirement for asking a similarly replaced item. In case we do not have a such item, we shall have the right to refuse your request and offer you a refund or a differently replaced item.
